Nga Ho-Dac is an Associate Professor of Marketing at San Francisco State University. His current research focuses on digital marketing, social media, continuous improvement product, and distributed innovation (open innovation and user innovation). Professor Ho-Dac has published in the Journal of Marketing and the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, two of the most prestigious journals in Marketing. His research examining online customer reviews and brand equity was ranked first among 11 impactful articles for their managerial relevance and ranked fifth in the top ten (most-read) articles in 2014 by The Marketing Science Institute.
